Short bio, Neil Phillips:
Neil Phillips is the founder of VisibleMen.org and the Assistant Headmaster at Landon School, a college prep school for boys in Bethesda, MD. A child of Jamaican immigrants, Phillips graduated from Harvard University, played professional basketball in Australia and Jamaica, and is an advocate, thought leader and national speaker on issues of diversity, education, character development through athletics, and the African-American experience. He developed the Visible Men Academy, an after-school mentoring program for black boys, and is working on his first book, Visible Men: Unveiling Black Male Role Models, a unique celebration of the untold stories of successful black men.
